Water Aerobics:
Join this lively morning class to increase your strength, endurance, and flexibility. Enjoy the water’s buoyancy and resistance throughout this easy-impact aerobic workout.

Rusty Hinges:
Rusty Hinges is a low-impact, hour long class that focuses on enhancing movement, strengthening muscles, and increasing your range of motion. This class is ideal for individuals with back pain, arthritis, hypertension and joint replacement conditions and for those who have weakness and/or physical limitations.

Deep Water Aerobics:
Come experience this invigorating class to increase your sense of well-being through muscle toning, calorie burning cardio and friendly camaraderie. While suspended in the deep water with your buoyancy belt or ankle cuffs, you perform virtually any activity in the water that you do on land (and more)! You should feel confident in the water to participate in this class.

Aqua Zumba:
Known as the Zumba® “pool party,” Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, and even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba shallow water class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief!
