Women Circuits and Weights is the class for those of you wanting more out of your workouts and can’t seem to achieve that level. This isn’t your typical Women on Weights class. You do not need to be at an excellent fitness level to participate. Each session will be monitored by a certified female personal trainer. This course will last for 6 weeks.  After the first week of goal setting and fitness assessments you will get into many circuit training modules. Women Circuits and Weights is a launching pad for your fitness goals. Each session will be just a little different, so join us.

Who: ladies 15 and up
Time: 7:00 pm  to 8:00 pm on Thursdays
Dates: Thursdays, January 24 to February 28
Early Bird Deadline: January 17, 2008
Early Bird Member Fee: $40.00
Minimum: 5

Women in Fitness

Beginner Step Aerobics 

The Beginner Step Class has enjoyed "Oscar Award Winning" fitness this February.  

This class is a great training method to improve your heart, lungs, and decrease your body fat.    This class is available to anyone starting to get back into a fitness plan and wanting to learn the basic moves before advancing.
