Cycling is a great way to exercise and improve your cardiovascular endurance. We offer classes for all levels.
Level I- This beginner class is for those new to cycling or those who haven't worked out for a while. This class is a 30 minute class.
Level II- If you want to push it a little bit and get your heart rate up, this 45 minute Intermediate class is for you.
Level III- If you want to challenge yourself and get down to business, then this Advanced 45 minute class is for you.
These classes run on a monthly basis. In order to reserve a bike for a certain class, sign up begins the last Monday of the month for the following month's class. For more information, please contact Wellness Director Lisa McComas at 660-886-9622.
