Young Runner's Orientation

For members only, ages 10-12, this is a single session prerequisite for track privileges.  This class will cover safety, track etiquette, rules, and proper running.  Register at the Member Services Desk.  Please note, this does not allow the young member to use any of the cardio equipment or free weights, only the running track.  For more information, contact Wellness Director Lisa McComas at 886-9622.
