Financial Assistance Recipients must register for programs at the YMCA in order to receive scholarship

Non-members must complete a Program Registration form and return to the Salt Fork YMCA prior to using on-line registration.

Hours of Operation-
Monday -- Friday ...5:00 am--10:00 pm
Saturday ...............7:00 am-- 8:00 pm
Sunday ................1:00 pm-- 6:00 pm

Hours are subject to change seasonally.

The YMCA will be open from 7 to 11 a.m on all holidays except: New Year's Day which we will be open 10 am to 2 pm. Easter and Christmas Day we will be closed. We will close at 5:00 pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

Kids Gym and Child Watch Hours
Monday -- Friday ......8:00 am--11:00 am
Monday -- Thursday..4:00 pm -- 8:00 pm
Saturday ..................8:30 am --11:30 am

Supervised hours are subject to change seasonally.

We offer the following for our members use:

  • Three lane Indoor Walking/Running Track
  • Six lane indoor swimming pool, with whirlpool and sauna
  • Full size gymnasium for Basketball, Volleyball and Gymnastics
  • Kids Gym, with crawl tubes, slides and more!
  • Strength Circuit, Free Weights and Cardiovascular equipment
  • Activity room with Ping-Pong, Air Hockey and Foosball
  • Child Watch Center for young children
  • Full locker rooms with lockers and private showers
  • Sport Court for Racquetball, Walleyball, and Handball
  • Fit Zone -- Youth Strength Circuit
  • Traverse Climbing Wall
As a not-for-profit, community service organization, we strive to meet the needs of the families and individuals through quality programs and facilities offered in a safe, comfortable and friendly environment.
