We all know the importance of exercise to our mental and physical health. Exercise not only boosts energy, improves mood, promotes better sleep, controls weight, combats health conditions/diseases but it can also be fun and social.

As a member of the Y you will have access to a wide array of strength & cardio equipment, fitness classes, pool, and sauna. All members also have the benefit of using our In-Body: a total fitness assessment that measures not only your weight, but your body fat percentage, muscle percentage and water weight.

Group Exercise Classes

Whether you’re new to exercise or getting back into it, group exercise is a great way to get moving, make friends, and stay motivated. Fitness Fusion, Yoga, and Crossfit are some of the classes available to keep your exercise routine fun and exciting.

Personal Training

No matter your health or wellness goals, one of our personal trainers are available to provide the support and motivation you need to reach them. Work one-on-one with a certified trainer to create a personalized, functional, and effective workout just for you.

YMCA Race Series

Whether you are a first time 5K runner, walker or you’re an avid racer, the YMCA is proud to offer our Annual Race Series.
