Shark Mentality Weightlifting (teens)

  • Safe and Fun Environment – We program and teach different lifts each class. Teens are taught proper technique and form on all movements. Our program will teach proper warm-up and barbell edict when it comes to the weight room.
  • Lifts/Movements Covered:  bench press, shoulder press, push press, back squat, front squat, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, power clean.
