Flag Football

Flag football is one of America’s most exciting and fastest growing sports and you can get your start here at the Salt Fork YMCA. Flag football is a recreational program designed for youth ages 5-12, providing them with the opportunity to experience the sports with a focus on skill development, sportsmanship, and fun. Teams will practice once a week with weekly games.

Families are encouraged to be more than a spectator, by contributing their time as volunteer coaches – as well as being their kid’s greatest fan.
